The Old Eastbournian Association AGM 2008
The Annual General Meeting of the OEA was held in the Long Room of the Howell Memorial Pavillion at the College on Saturday 1 March 2008, starting at 12.45pm.

The Agenda
- To receive and, if thought fit, to approve the Hon. Treasurer’s Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2007, and the Report of the Auditors thereon.
- To elect Officers for the coming year, and to fill vacancies on the Committee.
- To confirm Plummer Parsons as Hon. Auditors. They have indicated their willingness to continue in office.
- To consider any other business.
Note on item 2. Forbes Wastie has tendered his resignation from the Committee. Committee members Liz Foster, Jonathan Hyder, Michael Partridge and David Sibree retire in rotation and are eligible for re-election without nomination. Nominations for election to the Committee should be in writing, proposed and seconded by two other members of the Association and lodged, with a consent to serve, with the Secretary not later than Friday 15 February 2008.

This will follow immediately after the AGM of the Association.

- To receive, for approval, the Society’s Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2007, and the Report of the Auditors thereon.
- To confirm Plummer Parsons as Hon. Auditors.
- To consider any other business.
