Marketing Coordinator

Are you a Blue Sky thinker?

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join this highly successful Charity and assist in the formulation and implementation of an integrated marketing plan across two schools.

The successful applicant will support marketing initiatives including campaign management and brand touchpoints to maximise output and the recruitment of families.

The ideal candidate will be at ease promoting the values of an independent school, be hands-on and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Enthusiasm and energy, persistence, optimism, hard work and a sense of fun is essential. A proven track record in marketing is required and experience working with creative and media agencies would be beneficial.

This post is full-time all-year round and may involve attending events that take place during evenings and weekends.

Salary subject to experience.

NURSERY ASSISTANTS

St Andrew’s Prep is looking recruit additional Nursery Assistants to provide a warm and welcoming environment to nurture happy, confident children.

Light, airy and homely, St Andrew’s Prep Nursery is friendly and secure in its own well-equipped building within the school’s spacious grounds. Rated as outstanding, we aim to give children the best possible educational start by providing an environment with no division between learning and play.

Being part of a larger school means that the Nursery enjoys many of the Pre-Prep and Prep facilities including a state of the art sports hall, indoor swimming pool, Forest School site and extensive playing fields. As the school is located so close to the sea, the Nursery staff take the children to the seafront to explore the beach.

Full-time Nursery Assistant

This is a full-time position, 7.45am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday, all year round. The successful candidate should have a minimum full and relevant Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and GCSE’s in English and Mathematics, Grade C or above, or equivalent. Experience of working with children under 24 months is essential.

Individual Needs Assistant (fixed-term)

St Andrew’s Prep is looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to work with a pupil within the classroom and playground environment on a one-to-one basis.

You must be a confident and nurturing individual who has practice working with teaching staff in ensuring that pupils receive the highest possible standards of care and education, becoming safe, secure and successful. Experience is essential.

Working hours will be 8.15am -3.30pm Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break, term time only. The appointment will be on a fixed-term basis until the end of the 2021/2022 academic year with a review each term.
