Headmaster’s Commendations 16 Oct 2013
The Headmaster would like to commend the following pupils:
Meghan Reed, Year 11 Watt, for her committed approach to progressing her knowledge and understanding of geography, in particular her excellent initiative in creating a study pack that demonstrates a desire to fulfil her truest potential and one that acts as an example to all students of what can be achieved if success is sufficiently wanted.
Georgia Yarnall, Year 9 Nugent, who delivered an essay under the title ‘Who was most to blame for the sinking of the Lusitania’ which was excellent. Her ability to synthesise the information demonstrated great understanding whilst her use of detail allowed her to produce a level of analysis that was a pleasure to read. There are sixth form students that would envy this talent.
