Linguistics Olympiad 2014
Nine Eastbourne College pupils recently participated in the UK Linguistics Olympiad. This involved solving a variety of extremely tough linguistics problems.
All entrants performed well, with particular congratulations to Tianyu Wang, who attained the bronze award at Advanced Level.
The other participants were James Edwards, Hamish Green, Phoebe Gurden, Candy Huang, Lulu McNally, David Meijer, Salwa Owasil and Meghan Reed.
