Project 150 December update
Project 150 continues apace. Most of the external scaffolding has been taken down and this incredibly exciting new building is gradually being revealed. The interior of the site has evolved beyond the plastering phase. Underfloor heating has been completed to most areas and wall construction, with ceilings, joinery, decoration and other finishes are progressing.
The swimming pool is currently being tiled and it will be filled in mid-January. The kitchen is taking shape with some appliances already installed and it is expected to be finished next month. External works and landscaping will commence before Christmas. It is interesting to note that in November alone, over 30,000 man hours of work have taken place on site.
