Trapeze and Silks artist
As part of the Year 9 ‘creatives’ programme, aerial artist Victoria MacManus has been running a series of workshops teaching rope and silks techniques. She performed in the opening ceremony at the Olympics and closing ceremony of the Paralympics and gave a number of demonstrations before the pupils tried their hand at learning some of the techniques.
