Matt Clark secures Bronze medal
Following his first full year of training with Eastbourne Swimming Club after covid, Matt Clark attended the British Summer Championships in Sheffield open to the top 25 swimmers in Great Britain to swim in the 50m Butterfly. Matt achieved a personal best time of 27.57 which qualified him into the final where he finished 10th.
Matt also recently attended the English National Summer Meet to compete in 100m Butterfly, 100m Freestyle and 200m Individual Medley (IM). Matt achieved personal best times in all three events, but his highlight was qualifying for the final in the 200m IM and he secured a bronze medal from the outside lane!
