Gala concert
A
group of College pupils recently performed with nine other local schools in an
exciting gala concert hosted at The Winter Garden Theatre, Eastbourne. The concert
was hosted by Eastbourne Schools Partnership, a group which includes several
other local schools and aims to develop
projects that offer inspiring creative opportunities for young people. All proceeds
were donated to Chestnut Tree House, a children’s hospice.
The
College choir sang Shadowland from The Lion King, and the Jazz ensemble
performed Paper Moon with Bibi Convert on vocals. Mimi Helyar and Max Walker
also performed one of their own compositions.
