Equestrian triumph
Serena Flower, a member of the Eastbourne College Equestrian Team, recently competed against 66 other riders in a 3ft intermediate cross country competition at Firle Horse Trials.
Despite riding against some very experienced competitors, including some who had qualified for the world-renowned Badminton International Horse Trials, Serena and her horse Millie finished in first place.
This was a fantastic result and an incredible achievement for Serena as it was her first cross country event riding Millie.
