Arvon visit
In the second week of half-term six Eastbourne College pupils joined pupils from Epsom College and Oakham School for a creative writing course at the Arvon Centre in Devon. There were three writers in residence for the week – poet Cliff Yates, novelist Jess Richards and playwright Olu Popoola.
The pupils thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a great deal from the writers. During the week they each produced an impressive anthology of their own work.
