Headmaster’s Commendations June 2015
The Headmaster is pleased to commend the following pupils:
Joe Pocklington, Year 9 Craig, for the considerable contribution he has made this term to U14 cricket. His captaincy, encouragement and leading by example has been outstanding. He shows sporting maturity that belie his years.
Amber Atkinson, Year 12 School, for her fantastic hosting during the Hetzendorf Fashion School visit to Textiles. Amber was an exemplary student participating fully in the collaboration and making our visitors feel very comfortable. She worked with the Austrian students with exuberance and fun and broke down the barriers between their language differences. She was truly an ambassador for the College.
He is also pleased to commend the following pupils for volunteering their time so generously to assist with the St Wilfrid’s Hospice Charity lunch on Wednesday 17 June. They were superb ambassadors for the School and their hard work was appreciated by all the guests at this prestigious annual event.
